As a Barista at Café Crème, you'll be the face of our brand, creating not just exceptional coffee but unforgettable experiences for our guests. You'll work in a fast-paced, supportive environment where your creativity and passion for coffee can truly shine.
Our baristas are coffee artisans who take pride in every cup they craft. From the perfect espresso shot to beautifully crafted latte art, you'll be responsible for maintaining our high standards of quality and presentation.
Beyond coffee, you'll be part of building our community atmosphere, connecting with regulars, welcoming newcomers, and ensuring every guest feels at home in our café.
Responsibilities
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment
- Create latte art and maintain presentation standards
- Take customer orders and handle POS transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
- Stock supplies and prep ingredients
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge
- Follow all health and safety protocols
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
Requirements
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
