Shift Supervisor

Lead our café operations as a Shift Supervisor, mentoring team members, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and maintaining the high standards that define Café Crème.

As a Shift Supervisor at Café Crème, you'll be a key leader in our daily operations, responsible for managing shifts, developing team members, and ensuring we deliver exceptional experiences to every guest. This role combines hands-on café work with leadership responsibilities.

You'll oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, making real-time decisions to optimize service flow, resolve challenges, and maintain our quality standards. Your leadership will be instrumental in creating a positive work environment where team members can thrive.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily café operations
• Lead, train, and mentor baristas and kitchen staff
• Ensure consistent quality in all products and services
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
• Manage cash handling, deposits, and inventory
• Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Communicate with management on operational matters

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in food service
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong coffee and food service knowledge
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
• Food Handler's License and safety certifications
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
